As our business relationships with most companies last longer than this minimum period data is stored for ease of repeat business but if you do not wish us to keep your data you have the right to ask for it to be destroyed once we no longer legally obliged to retain it.

All the personal data we collect and process is processed by our staff in the UK. Most data is stored electronically and this information is stored securely on servers run and maintained by ourselves and the ISP we use, all servers are located in the UK.

Your data will not be transferred outside of the European Economic Area without us first obtaining your consent and ensuring adequate safeguards.
